INTERSTATE MOVES

When relocating to another state the move is charged by the weight of the shipment and the distance between origin and destination

Other factors that may affect your cost are accessorial charges, packing services needed and/or any storage needs. Interstate moves are blanket wrapped and fully inventoried prior to loading on the truck. Any item that we disassemble at origin such as, beds and tables will be re-assembled at destination. These services are standard and free of charge on all interstate moves.

MOVES WITHIN CALIFORNIA

Moves within the state of California are charged either by the hour or the weight of the shipment.

Moves that are within 100 miles (local move) from the place of origin are charged on the number of movers, the time it takes to load and unload the truck and the driving time between locations.

Moves that are over 100 miles from the place of origin are charged based on   the weight of the shipment and the distance between origin and destination.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Move-Pros is affiliated with a large network of freight forwarders and destination agents, which enables us to clear customs and deliver your belongings to almost anywhere in the world.

The cost of an international move is determined by the volume or weight of your shipment. Factors that may affect the cost of your international move are packing services, choice of cargo insurance, door to door service or door to port service.  No matter what service is chosen, we will be there to assist you throughout your entire relocation.

 

STORAGE

Move-Pros offers full storage services.  Our moving professionals will wrap, protect and inventory all of your possessions at your home or business, ensuring all of your belongings are returned to you in the same condition.

Taking an inventory of your items enables our storage department to control every item in your shipment so there is no chance of loss.

Overnight Truck Storage:
If you need to be out of your place today, but cannot get into your new place until tomorrow this may be the best option for your move. We can pick up your belongings one day, hold them on the truck overnight, then deliver them the next day to your home or business.
